Rachel Wenthe

Rachel Wenthe is a nurse and healthcare leader with over twenty years of quality, safety, and clinical experience. She currently serves part time as a health, safety, and health equity integration coordinator at Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX. She holds several nursing degrees, an MBA, a LSSBB, and is a CPHQ. Rachel has been with OCHSPS through Cook since 2012, serving in several positions. Currently with SPS she is the national CAUTI lead, a regional lead for Texas, and a safety disparities team member. She has a passion for equity and safety of care for children and families served through healthcare.
