We are excited for you to join us at our annual Virtual Learning Series titled Trail Guide to Safety: Leading with Purpose, Learning from the Journey! This series will consist of three webinars. Explore more details in our Agenda At-A-Glance.

  • Session 1: Aug. 27 from noon-1:30 p.m. ET

  • Session 2: Oct. 9 from 1-2:30 p.m. ET
    • Map out how to integrate the SPS Safety Performance Plan with quality improvement and proactive safety tools. This session will spotlight breakthrough HACs, equip us to identify safety clutter, and explore hospital innovations through interactive breakouts. Plus, we will check on our progress toward 2025 goals and strategy enablers.
  • Session 3: Nov. 18 from 2-3:30 p.m. ET
    • As we reach the series' summit, we’ll explore how leadership behaviors and learning from events can elevate safety culture. Hear insights from the Leading for Safety Summer Series, learn from peers, celebrate 2025 Badge Challenge achievements, and look toward the next leg of our journey.
