Pre-Session: Proactive Safety Immersion Training for Executive Leaders (Limited Capacity)

SPS is hosting a new Pre-Session: Proactive Safety Immersion Training for Executive Leaders on Wednesday, May 14 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. CT (prior to main session kick-off). Capacity is limited to two executives from each hospital.

Recommended participants are those who set the organizational safety strategy and make high-level safety plan resourcing decisions (including hospital system leaders). Registration details for the immersion have been emailed to your hospital's Quality & Safety Leader and Project Manager. Registration is now closed.

Transportation

There are two airports near the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place: Chicago O'Hare International Airport (approx. 28 miles away) and Chicago Midway International Airport (approx. 9 miles away). Information regarding public transit from each airport can be found here for O’Hare and here for Midway.
