The network is beyond excited for our in-person, spring learning session! The learning session will be held in Denver, CO on May 25-27. SPS is incredibly appreciative of all the support our community has provided over the past couple of years. Knowing how important face-to-face collaboration is, we are returning to a safe, responsible in-person gathering in May with the expectation that all attendees will be fully vaccinated. We are taking federal, state, and local guidance into account as we plan for a safe learning session.

COVID Considerations
To maintain a safe learning environment, SPS requests that our attendees follow the guidelines outlined below.

  • Vaccines: We are expecting that all attendees will be fully vaccinated.
  • Social Distancing: The meeting space will be set up to maintain at least 3 feet of social distancing, including all session seating which will be classroom style. Please do your best to maintain 3 feet of social distance throughout the learning session.
  • Masking: Out of concern for other’s safety, we’re asking all attendees to wear a mask while indoors. Masks may be removed by attendees while:
    • Speaking at a podium or microphone
    • Actively eating or drinking

*SPS will not be providing masks to attendees, please plan accordingly.

  • Sanitizing: Hand sanitizer stations will be provided by the hotel. Handheld microphones will be sanitized between sessions.
  • Participation: We ask that you do not participate in learning session events if you feel unwell, are awaiting COVID-19 test results, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19. If you are at the learning session and test positive for COVID-19, the hotel has requested that you notify the front desk so that they can take proper contact tracing measures to keep their staff and hotel guests safe.
