Tina Sosa

Tina Sosa, MD is a third year Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellow at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research from the University of Cincinnati and she is a Quality Scholar in the James M. Anderson Center for Health System Excellence. Her academic and research interests are focused on patient safety, with a specific emphasis on situation awareness and clinical deterioration. She has led quality improvement projects to update and implement a new situation awareness model for clinical deterioration outside of the critical care setting and to optimize the situation awareness system for patients receiving high risk therapies.
