Steve Czekalinski

Steve Czekalinski is healthcare leader with over fifteen years of quality, safety, and clinical experience and currently manages the quality portfolio at Akron Children’s Hospital. He has completed several Quality/Safety Leadership fellowships through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the American Hospital Association. Steve is an accomplished facilitator/lecturer and regional and national Subject Matter Expert in culture, cause analysis, and proactive safety while co-leading Ohio Employee and Staff Safety efforts. He has a passion for change, collaboration, and improvement of the care provided to the children and families across the numerous networks of hospitals throughout the country.
