Stephanie Jones, MS, RN, RNC-NIC, CBC, is a Clinical Quality Coordinator in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Psychology and continued her post-graduate education at DePaul University with Master of Science degree in Nursing. Stephanie joined the team at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago in 2017, working as a bedside nurse in the NICU for 11 years before transitioning to her current role as Clinical Quality Coordinator (CQC). As CQC, Stephanie has been enthusiastically invested in HAC reduction work, serving as nursing leads for Unplanned Extubations, CLABSI, and the RN HAC Committee. She is invested in driving change and reducing patient harm through frontline education, engagement, and empowerment.
