Snezana Nena Osorio, MD. MS. is the Vice Chair for Quality, Patient Safety and Family Engagement and the Associate Program Director, Pediatric Residency Program at New York Presbyterian Komansky Children’s Hospital. She is a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM). After completing her Residency and Chief Residency training at New York Hospital, she completed a Master’s in Clinical and Translational research training at WCM, a Research Fellowship in Health Care Quality and Medical Informatics at WCM and the Advance Improvement Methods (AIM) training at James M Anderson Center for Health System Outcomes, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She is practicing Pediatric Hospitalist and Faculty Advisor to the Komansky Family Advisory Council. Dr. Osorio has a focus in improving care for medically complex patients, engaging families in patient safety and proactive safety.
