Robin M Dugan MS, RNC-NIC began her nursing career in the Neonatal ICU at Albany Medical Center and spent 32 years in the NICU including 16 years as an Assistant Nurse Manager. While in the NICU, Robin was involved in mentoring and quality research initiatives. In 2017, after obtaining her MS degree in Nursing Leadership Robin transitioned to the role of Nurse Manager for a General Pediatric unit at Albany Medical Center. This role now also includes managing the Children’s Hospital Float Pool and Child Life Specialist team.
