Rachel Ponzek

Rachel Ponzek is an Safety Improvement Advisor working in the Center for Healthcare Quality and Analytics, for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Rachel works with clinical teams to improve patient safety and quality at CHOP, as a healthcare quality nurse leader in the recent 3 years. Prior to quality improvement, she worked as a bedside NICU nurse for 13 years. Currently, Rachel is pursuing a Masters in Nursing Leadership and Health Systems Management, and looking forward to future opportunities for pediatric patient safety and quality.
