Nayda Boehm

Nayda Boehm, MA, BSN, RN, NE-BC, Emmanuel (Manny) Figueroa, BSN, RN, and Ronald Ford, MD, MBA, are members of the dynamic leadership team at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital (JDCH) in Hollywood, Florida. Nayda, Manny, and Dr. Ford manage JDCH clinical operations with a shared commitment to quality and safety. Dr. Ford, as Chief Medical Officer and SPS Florida Region co-lead, brings strategic vision and clinical expertise. Nayda and Manny, both Directors of Nursing, play vital roles as leadership liaisons to key hospital safety teams, fostering collaboration across departments. Their joint efforts have led to several safety and quality initiatives, particularly the development of a proactive safety team dedicated to supporting families in crisis and promote a safe environment for staff.
