Nathan Hagstrom

Nathan Hagstrom is Chair of Pediatrics at Lehigh Valley Health Network, now part of Jefferson Health, Physician in Chief at Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, and Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida. He formed an interest in quality and safety early in his career as a pediatric hematologist-oncologist, and has a Master of Science in Health Care Management. He has been involved nationally in applying quality improvement to the care of people with bleeding disorders, and is regional director of the mid-Atlantic region of hemophilia treatment centers. While at Lehigh Valley he has been a network champion for high-reliability and safety.
