Lindsey Garcia, DNP, MBA, MS, RN-CENP has been a Neonatal ICU nurse since 2008 when she graduated nursing school. While she started her leadership career as a NICU nurse manager in 2013, she continues to work at the bedside on the weekends till present. She has been the Director of Nursing at Yale New Haven Children Hospital since 2020. In this role she focuses on strategic initiatives of the neonatal service line for the five NICUs in the health system, including a level IV 68 bed NICU, the first NICU in the country.
