Leslie Schafer

Leslie Schafer is an experienced registered nurse with 15 years of experience in neonatal intensive care nursing and leadership. She is currently the Director of Hospital Operations for Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital, which includes leading a team of multidisciplinary clinical project managers. She has lead SPS initiatives within the hospital for six years and is a strong advocate for improving and providing quality care to all children. In her spare time, you can find her, at a ball field, tennis court, golf course or shuttling her two boys, ages 7 and 11, between the three. Leslie enjoys reading and traveling with her husband and kids when possible.
