Kristen Brown

Kristen has been a neonatal care team member for almost 30 years. During this time she has developed an interest in quality and safety particularly the systems issues at play in a medical error. She is currently a member of the Pediatric Nursing Quality Assurance Department at Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester NY.
