Jennifer Neubauer

Jennifer began her nursing career as a new graduate RN in the NICU at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago and has over 24 years of experience in caring for patients in neonatal healthcare. In her current role as NICU Manager of Patient Care Operations she works closely with staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes. In addition to being a part of the NICU nursing leadership team, Jennifer is the nursing co-lead for Lurie Children’s CLABSI Lead Team which focuses on improvement work in preventing Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infections and is participating the SPS Midwest Regional Project CLABSI Reduction through Leader Safety Rounding.
