Jennifer Mortimer

I'm Jennifer Mortimer, and for the past two years, I've had the privilege of serving as the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety and leading the Wellness Program at Rady Children's Hospital. My background is in pediatric intensive care (PICU), where I developed a deep appreciation for the strength and compassion of healthcare workers.

I made the transition to employee health because I wanted to focus my time and care on those who dedicate themselves to caring for our most vulnerable patients. Supporting the well-being, safety, and resilience of our staff is both a job and a passion. I'm committed to creating a workplace where caregivers and employees feel valued, protected, and empowered to thrive.
