Jenna Merandi PharmD, MS, CPPS

Jenna Merandi, PharmD, MS, CPPS, is a Medication Safety Officer at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams and frontline staff to identify system-based interventions to prevent medication errors. Jenna provides strategy, innovation and expanded views on safety (safety differently) to help lead the journey to best medication outcomes. Jenna serves as one of the co-leaders nationally for Proactive Safety through Solutions for Patient Safety. Additionally, Jenna was the founder of the Children’s Hospital Association, Medication Safety Leaders Collaborative with the goal to share best practices for improving pediatric medication use outcomes.
