Janelle’s 11 year nursing career has been predominantly focused in pediatric cardiology with years spent caring for patients across stepdown, ICU, and outpatient settings. She currently works as the Quality and Safety Coordinator for Children’s Services at MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital in Charleston, SC. This role provides an exciting opportunity to empower and engage staff in fostering a culture of safety and eliminating serious harm.
