Danielle Salley

Danielle Salley recently has taken on the role of Manager of Clinical Projects for Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital. She has over 12 years of nursing experience in pediatric critical care and spent much of her time in the PICU and CVICU. She has a passion for process improvement that helps not only streamline processes but advance patient outcomes and safety. She has a master's degree in Patient Safety Leadership from UIC and a six-sigma green belt certification by the TJC - Centers for Transforming Healthcare. She has facilitating multiple unit, hospital and system based projects and enjoys the great teamwork and collaboration each experience provides.
