UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland
My name is Anna Konstantin. I hold both Bachelors and Masters degrees in nursing and have been a registered nurse (RN) in California since 2006. I have worked my entire career at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, briefly as a bedside nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) before moving to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in 2007. I have been the Clinical Nurse Leader in the PICU since 2018 where I lead or co-lead the renal replacement program, nursing education, multiple quality and safety initiatives including unplanned extubations (UPE), delirium reduction, and the hospital-wide hospital-acquired pressure injury taskforce. I love to travel with my husband and 2 children and am active in my local Greek community.
