Angela Green

Angela Green, PhD, RN, CPHQ, FAHA, FAAN serves as Vice President and Chief Patient Safety and Quality Officer at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She holds the Catherine Kobren Endowed Professorship in Patient Safety and Quality and is a member of the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing faculty. Angela has extensive prior experience in practice and academic settings including serving as a staff nurse; neonatal and pediatric cardiac nurse practitioner; academic faculty; Director of Nursing Research and Professional Practice; interim Chief Nursing Officer; and Vice President of Performance Improvement. Angela is actively engaged in the Children’s Hospitals’ Solutions for Patient Safety (SPS) network. She serves as a Florida region co-lead and co-leads the Safety II Next Gen Culture Think Tank.
